The flu and respiratory season is upon us and prevention is our best defense to keep parish, friends and families well.  The flu spreads easily from person to person and below are a few simple ways to reduce the transmital
. Get a seasonal flu shot
. Cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze (use a tissue or your inner elbow,not your hands.)
. Wash your hands often with soap and warm water.
. Stay home if you are sick.
